Description
Poly80 PF940v2 and PF940Cv1 80% Frame and Jig Kit Bundle (Black Only)
This bundle offers the complete foundation for two distinct custom pistol builds: the full-size PF940v2 and the compact PF940Cv1. Each kit includes the proprietary Polymer80 jig, drill bits, and all necessary pins and hardware to complete the frame. Both frames are manufactured from black, high-impact polymer and require finishing with a Polymer80-compatible slide, barrel, lower parts kit, and trigger assembly. This is an 80% frame bundle; no firearms are included in this package.
Overview
The polymer80 pf940v2 and pf940cv1 80% frame and jig kit bundle (black only) provides two complete jig-and-frame sets in a single SKU. The PF940v2 is designed for full-length slides and barrels, while the PF940Cv1 accepts compact slides. Both frames feature the standard 1913 Picatinny rail section, aggressive front and rear serrations, and an ergonomic grip angle optimized for recoil management. The black textured surface is ready for finishing with common hand tools and a drill press or hand drill. Each frame ships with the corresponding jig, end mill bit, drill bits (1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm), roll pin punches, and all metal frame inserts.
Features & Specs
Both kits are manufactured exclusively by Polymer80 and are classified as unfinished frames requiring significant machining. The PF940v2 accepts Gen 3 and Gen 4 G17-size slides; the PF940Cv1 accepts Gen 3 G19-size slides. Each frame includes a stainless steel locking block and rear rail module. Bundle specifications:

Who It Is For
This bundle is intended for experienced DIY builders who possess a drill press or hand drill, a Dremel or rotary tool with cutting bits, and a set of precision files. You must be comfortable with drilling three precise pin holes, milling the trigger housing pocket, and cutting the front slide rail slots. This is not a beginner kit; it requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions. The polymer80 pf940v2 and pf940cv1 80% frame and jig kit bundle (black only) is suited for individuals building two separate pistols with different barrel lengths and slide profiles. It is also ideal for builders who want to test fitment of a full-size and compact configuration before committing to a single platform.
Shipping & FFL
Because these are 80% frames (unfinished, non-serialized components), they are not considered firearms by the ATF and do not require transfer through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. No background check is required for purchase. However, once the frame is fully machined and assembled into a functional firearm, you are legally responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including any serialization requirements that may apply in your jurisdiction. This bundle ships directly to your residence via UPS or FedEx ground. Signature may be required. Check your state and local laws before ordering; Polymer80 frames are restricted in some states and municipalities. By purchasing, you certify that you are legally eligible to own firearm parts and that your local laws permit the possession and completion of 80% frames.
