Ghost Select Arms stands behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return any unused, uninstalled product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid label for the defective item. No restocking fees apply to defective product returns.
Lifetime Warranty
All Ghost Select Arms products carry a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. If a component fails under normal use at any time after purchase, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
